When you cancel a Cingular cell phone account is the charge for all phones or just the account?

I have a cingular account and want to cancel it, is the cancellation fee for all the phones (175.00 per phone) or for just the 1 account? Thanks for any and all help with this. Happy Holidays http://bit.ly/lc5MOf
