Is there a US bank that allows online wire transfers to foreign bank account?

My bank is a very small local bank with limited functionalities in online banking. For instance it doesn’t allow me to wire money internationally online, I always have to go to the bank in person to do that which is a pain. Does bank of america allow that? If not, what other bank?
