Need to open an online bank account with 1 dollar deposit but I have no ID any suggestions?

I just opened a PayPal account not to long ago and before I get payed what’s in there it requires that I have a bank account to add. Any suggestions for online banks that I can use with no deposit to 1 dollar deposit that doesn’t require a ID to apply? http://bit.ly/qIJqly
