What are the cheapest � yet most reliable � car hire firms in the USA for someone UNDER 25???
The surcharges at Hurtz are ridiculous. I’m 24 and so get charged the Young Persons Surcharge – which is a day at minimum. There must be cheaper hire car firms out there. I know all of them will charge a surcharge, but can someone recommend any that charge the least for the Young Persons Surcharge? [...] http://bit.ly/o0HEJV
