I have been directed to HSBC on line banking where they ask to put FULL SECURITY NUMBER.Does any know anything?

how to get rid this from the PC. I have done complete scanning and nothing come up. But whenever I type HSBC and on line banking, I have ben directed to the page which asks full security number and as per HSBC this is wrong and this is due to some spyware. Pls help http://bit.ly/kxwpS1
